To manage MV projects based on customer requirements This involves supporting the engineering team in clarifying the customer requirements for the scope of work to be performed by production. The responsibility is to manage the process from handover by Sales, through to delivery.

Tasks
Control claims related to the project resulting in variation orders
Project Management of orders in house with a focus on Engineered products and solutions
Customer communication regarding drawing approvals
Verifies the design and implementation of technical solutions in area of expertise
Verifies technical requirements are covered in Sales costing
Technical configuration clarification with clients where required
Drawing up and controlling of project plans relating to Project Management in Microsoft Project
Purchase requisition created with full technical specifications
Technical Sales Support and consultation with Customers
Technical support/guidance to junior staff as required
Technical support meets specification requirements and business objectives
Query resolution and support are provided to customer on request
Liaison with customer drawing office on configuration clarification where required
