Effective and Successful execute customer relationship management to ensure EF IE Sales and Acquisition with the latest Market Information. Achieving Business Targets, ensuring Profitable Sales and Growing Market Share.
EF IE Sales Manager and Siemens Ltd KAMs. Internal Business Units of Industry and Energy and Siemens AG. Eskom Power Stations (As per Responsibility and Allocated Station List). Eskom Generation, Capital Expansion Department and Head Office.
Compile Project Lists, as per Responsibility and Allocated Station List, for EF IE in Xcel and Philos. Visit Customers regularly, developing and presenting Siemens Solutions, Systems, Products and Services. Follow-up prospective Business. Maintain and develop relationships with customers, Siemens AG and Siemens Ltd staff and ensure alignment of Siemens’ Strategies. Continuously monitor and compile Market Information, understanding Customer’s Procurement and Planning, Budget Cycles, in terms of Competitors, Suppliers and Customers and update Database. Continiously review Strategic and Marketing Intelligence in terms of Customers and Competitors in order to grow EF IE Business in line with Siemens’ Vision. Evaluating Risk Factors to Determine Feasibility of Bids / Business / Sales. Co-ordinate and Perform Tender Preparation ensuring Tenders / Offers are prepared compliantly and professionally.
