Job description

WOW Marketing is a fast-growing staff recognition and incentives company looking to appoint a highly organised account manager to join its team. This role involves the management and administration of recognition programmes.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering written and verbal reports to clients
  • Data anlysis
  • Web, copy and artwork briefs
  • Logistical management of the programmes
  • Planning and implementing communications strategies
  • Maintaining client relationships at all levels
  • High level query resolution
  • Producing daily and monthly reports
  • Working according to strict deadlines



  • A university degree
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint literacy
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to work overtime



  • Two years’ experience in an account management role or similar
